Kevin Spacey faced new critique about his past function Monday in the arise of claims he done passionate advances on Anthony Rapp when the “Star Trek: Discovery” actor was 14 years old.
Victoria Featherstone, conduct of the Royal Court Theatre in London, told BBC Radio 4 that Spacey had a repute when he was artistic executive of the Old Vic in London from 2004 to 2015.
“I consider that many people in the entertainment and in the artistic industries have been wakeful of many stories of many people over a lot of years, and Kevin Spacey would be one of the people that people have had concerns about, yes,” she said.
Meanwhile, a UK author tweeted that her crony was “groped” by Spacey while operative at the Old Vic.
“KS groped my immature male crony when they were both operative at the Old Vic. Was apparently always famous as one to avoid. Sadly unsurprised,” author Nadine West tweeted Monday, according to Deadline.
One of Spacey’s younger Broadway co-stars told the Daily News that the “House of Cards” actor was famous to be flirtatious with male actors in the early 1990s. Still, he was dumbfounded by the allegations from Rapp, he said.
“I’m really repelled to hear this. It’s awful,” actor Jamie Marsh told The News.
Marsh played 15-year-old Jay in the Pulitzer Prize-winning play “Lost in Yonkers” alongside Spacey in 1991.

“I can’t suppose someone who’s 26 picking up a 14-year-old and putting him on a bed like that. That’s horrible. There’s no whitewashing it,” he said. “It sounds like he did a terrible thing.”
Though Marsh played a teen in “Lost in Yonkers,” he was in his early 20s at the time.
Marsh, 51, pronounced Spacey, 58, was “like an uncle” to him and their younger co-star Danny Gerard, now 40.
“We all went bowling together,” Marsh said.

“I never saw him do anything bad. He flirted with me, but we let him know we wasn’t meddlesome and that was it,” he said.
“He’d be a little friendly, and I’d say, ‘Nah, Kevin.’ He wasn’t my type,” Marsh recalled. “He never grabbed me.”
Marsh pronounced that in his experience, Spacey was someone who “would make a pass at you and then take no for an answer.”
“It’s awful what he did to Anthony,” Marsh said. “But Kevin was a smashing crony to me. He helped me out a lot.”
