The biggest news out of San Diego Comic-Con

Superheroes set the theatre at San Diego Comic-Con.

The annual fan gathering was dominated by news and hints at Batman, Thor, the Hulk and Ant-Man.

Here’s a demeanour at the biggest takeaways from the event:

“Thor: Ragnarok”

Wonder Woman the star among Warner Bros’ expanding superhero franchise

Possibly the many considerable video to come out of SDCC, the “Thor: Ragnarok” trailer reunited the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and Thor (Chris Hemsworth) — but not before a gladiator-style fight.

Ruffalo, however, has formerly teased that the film will finish up as a friend film rather than a battle between the heroes.

“Thor: Ragnarok” will be expelled on Nov. 3.

“Wonder Woman”

The “Wonder Woman” supplement was also confirmed.

The record-breaking womanlike superhero film will return for a sequel, Warner Bros. revealed. Gal Gadot will reprise her role as Diana Prince.

“Wonder Woman” is now strictly the top grossing summer film, bringing in $389 million domestically. That beats the prior leader, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,” which took in $387 million.

“Justice League”

The day of heroes has come again as Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) reunite to fight the latest villain, Ciarán Hinds’ Steppenwolf.

Superman died in “Batman v Superman,” but the last stage of the trailer — and Zack Snyder’s prior comments — spirit that the Man of Steel competence not actually be left forever.

“Batman”

Despite prevalent speculation, Affleck reliable he’ll return as the Dark Knight in the arriving “The Batman.”

“I know there’s this myth since we didn’t approach it that we wasn’t eager about it,” he said. “It’s f–king amazing. we still can’t trust it.”

Matt Reeves took over for Affleck after he left his executive role in January.

“Stranger Things”

The first full trailer of the fan favorite Netflix shows brings everybody back to Hawkins in all its ‘90s glory, including Michael Jackson and Dragon’s Lair.

“Stranger Things” earnings Oct. 27.

“Westworld”

The first demeanour at the second deteriorate of “Westworld” all but confirms the robot overthrow betrothed in the first deteriorate finale.

“Ant-Man and the Wasp”

Michelle Pfeiffer has assimilated “Ant-Man and the Wasp” as Janet Van Dyne, who is the strange Wasp and mom of Hope Van Dyne, played by Evangeline Lilly.

In the Marvel comics, Van Dyne, wife of strange Ant-Man Hank Pym, was one of the first Avengers.

Pfeiffer formerly played Catwoman in the 1992 “Batman Returns.”
