U2 plays warn unison on Berlin subway

BERLIN — Straphangers in Berlin were in for a warn on Wednesday. U2’s Bono and The Edge took a outing on the Berlin transport line that shares the band’s name and played a brief unison on an subterraneous platform.

The musicians took a special sight Wednesday from the Olympic Stadium, nearby the western finish of the U2 line, to the Deutsche Oper stop. Local radio hire Radioeins, which gave out tickets for the ride, pronounced about 120 people assimilated them on the train.
