Lawyers for a HuffPost author are pulling back against a $50 million insult lawsuit filed by Fox News horde Eric Bolling.
The dangling wire news anchor sued author Yashar Ali over a report detailing allegations that Bolling sent licentious photos to womanlike co-workers.
The lawsuit, according to Ali’s lawyer, Patricia Glaser, is but consequence and “does not brand which purportedly ‘false and misleading’ statements could presumably support a $50 million damages award.”
Glaser calls Bolling’s fit “a distributed bid to harass and dominate Mr. Ali personally.”
Ali shared the minute on Twitter and voiced his pleasure with his choice of attorney.
“I demeanour brazen to her holding his deposition and the find process,” Ali wrote.
Bolling was dangling last week after Ali’s essay was published and Fox member pronounced the network is questioning the matter.
The wire news channel has been flooded recently with passionate nuisance lawsuits.
