Joseph Tocco of Elmira, was arrested Monday after hidden a Little Debbie smoothness truck.

According to police, a 38-year-old swiped a lorry Monday from a loading dock. Tocco was found with a lorry about 20 mins later. However, nothing of a snacks seemed to be blank from inside a smoothness vehicle.
Police contend Tocco told them he took a lorry to revisit kin and friends. It was not reported where a purported kin and friends lived.

Tocco was charged with transgression possession of stolen skill in a third degree.
He is being hold in jail tentative an arraignment.
