Ryan Murphy, the man behind “American Horror Story,” “The People v. O.J. Simpson,” “Glee” and more, is moving to Netflix in July. The Emmy-winning producer, executive and author sealed a understanding to furnish new series and cinema disdainful to the streaming service starting Jul 1. Netflix announced two new strange series by Murphy, “Ratched” and “The Politician.”
