Port Authority cops destitute a Brooklyn man with a bruise and a half of pot in brownies and cereal treats, officials pronounced Tuesday.

Michael Regalado, 23, of Brooklyn, was stopped by Port Authority police at the Journal Square PATH hire in Jersey City for a slight bag check Saturday afternoon.
