A former school help and manager in Maryland who told police he is HIV certain sexually assaulted 42 boys, authorities said.
The State’s Attorney’s Office for Charles County indicted 30-year-old Carlos Bell on 206 counts, WJLA reports. Authorities pronounced his victims are between 11 and 17 years old and the assaults happened from May 2015 to Jun 2017.
The complaint covers 28 identified purported victims and 14 unclear victims.
Bell, who worked as an enlightening partner at Benjamin Stoddert Middle School and lane manager at La Plata High School, was taken into control in Jul for child publishing and sexually assaulting male students.

Police began their review in Dec after a primogenitor found inapt content messages on her son’s dungeon phone.
A hunt of Bell’s home mechanism incited up child porn, including images of him allegedly having sex with a child inside a classroom at Benjamin Stoddert, NBC reports.
Investigators pronounced the assaults happened at his home, on school skill and presumably other locations.
Authorities have not pronounced either any of the victims engaged the disease.

According to WJLA, the complaint includes allegations stemming from incidents on Jun 30 and Jul 28 and charges for additional purported victims police found following an investigation.
Bell no longer works at Benjamin Stoddert or La Plata. Authorities pronounced he was also employed at McDonough High School in Pomfret and J.P. Ryon Elementary in Waldorf.
“In an classification that is all about the children, these allegations are horrifying,” Charles County Superintendent Kimberly Hill formerly pronounced in a statement. “To the relatives and the community, who put their faith and trust in us to guarantee their children, we apologize on interest of Charles County Public Schools.”
