Long Island cops arrested a Brooklyn man for pushing dipsomaniac with a gun in his automobile early Saturday, police said.
Nassau County cops were called to Levittown about 2:15 a.m. after conference a report that a man in a Nissan Maxima was pushing erratically down Old Jerusalem Road.
When they arrived at the scene, they found the Maxima at a gas station, officials said.
Efrain Rivera, 35, of Bushwick was found defunct behind the circle and had apparently upheld out after a night of drinking.
Cops acid the automobile found a .22-caliber handgun and two bags of marijuana.
The officers charged him with dipsomaniac driving, weapons possession and pot possession, a orator for the Nassau County Police Department said.
His prosecution was tentative Saturday.
Investigators were trying to establish if the gun had been used in any area crimes.
