IRONTON, Ohio — Three people were found fatally shot and a fourth person was detected stabbed and critically bleeding at a span of residences in southeast Ohio.
Officials were also sport for 23-year-old Aaron Lawson, whom they called a “person of interest” in the attacks.
Deputies found the bodies of 3 adults in a chateau trailer in an unincorporated area of Lawrence County at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, the sheriff’s bureau said.
