Man arrested 3 days after brutal attack on teacher

A man wanted for aggressive a teacher at a North Carolina facile school was arrested Thursday, 3 days after the brutal assault.

Cops contend Michael Lee Nivens went inside West Hoke Elementary School around 5:45 p.m. on Monday and asked a teacher about a former employee at the school. Nevins then started beating her in the conduct with an object, according to authorities.

Michael Lee Nivens was charged with attempted first-degree murder and spoliation with a dangerous weapon.

The teacher is recuperating from her injuries, and the students remaining at the school at the time of the attack were in a opposite partial of the building.

Authorities described the disturbing occurrence as an “act of pointless violence,” according to CBS.
