Nurse, set to be expelled soon, suspected in 60 some-more deaths

Genene Jones, a former helper in jail for killing an tot in 1982, was scarcely expelled from jail this year, but is being held longer after Texas prosecutors filed charges against her for another death. In all, authorities contend she may have been concerned in the deaths of 60 children. David Begnaud reports.
