Student posted Facebook hazard to kill teacher, officials say

NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. — A Florida high school tyro is accused of making a hazard on Facebook to kill one of her former teachers.

Pasco County Sheriff’s officials pronounced in a news recover that 18-year-old Desiree Zio posted on the social media site that she was going to find the River Ridge High School teacher and fatally gash her. She was arrested Sunday night in New Port Richey.

The report pronounced Zio certified to posting the threat. She’s charged with making a created hazard to kill or do corporeal harm. A counsel isn’t listed on jail records.

Officials contend Zio is a high school comparison who attends classes at Marchman Technical College.

School district mouthpiece Linda Cobbe tells internal news outlets that Zio will face disciplinary movement that could embody expulsion.
