FOLLOWING their time on the Bake Off together, it was reported that Alice Fevronia and Henry Bird had enjoyed several dates as a couple.
The surprise coupling has left a lot of fans stunned, but what’s the truth to the story and why have the bakers been spotted so frequently together lately?
Are Bake Off’s Henry and Alice dating?
On September 22, The Sun revealed how Alice and Henry had seen each other on numerous occasions after taping for the famous baking show on Channel 4.
And according to sources, the Geography teacher has already introduced Henry to her friends, giving the impression that things are going well between the two.
One source gushed: “The Bake Off contestants do become very close, and Alice and Henry hit it off from the start as they have a lot in common.
“They confided in each other a lot during the process, which can be quite intense at times.
“And since filming finished they have been spending more time together — including a few dates.”
Alice, from Essex, and Henry, from Durham, have posted a string of loved-up snaps on Instagram to fellow contestants’ delight.
Underneath one shot — at London’s Tate Modern this month — baker Michael Chakraverty wrote: “Such a beautiful couple.”
What has Alice said about the dating rumour?
Alice has firmly denied reports claiming that she’s been dating Henry, having posted an Instagram photo of her hanging out with Michael, David and her rumoured beau.
She captioned the photo saying: “OMG is this a response to THAT 👀 article??? I love it 😂’ with another laughing along with Alice and saying, “the dating thing is hilarious.”
Digital Spy has also denied the story, reporting that rumours concerning a romance between Henry and Alice weren’t true – the two just seem to be very close friends.
The two would have became the first contestants to find love on the baking competition show, but it appears that Alice and Henry aren’t seeing each other.
