According to a Valparaiso Police Department, Joshua Moser, 26, has been charged with aggravated battery causing critical corporeal harm, danger with a lethal weapon, rapist effect and possession of paraphernalia.

According to a post, “Joshua Moser, 26, of Valparaiso arrived for his change during KFC when he was suggested of a preference by management.
