Chrissy Teigen explains because she’s slicing down on drinking

Supermodel Chrissy Teigen motionless to diminish her celebration to better her lifestyle.

The 31-year-old hostess explained that it became normal for her to devour mixed drinks at the many glamorous events she attends as one of Hollywood’s biggest stars — and she eventually motionless it was time to cut back.

“I was, indicate blank, just celebration too much,” Teigen told Cosmopolitan. “I got used to being in hair and makeup and having a potion of wine. Then that potion of booze would lift over into me having one before the awards show. And then a garland at the awards show.

“Then we felt bad for making kind of an a– of myself to people that we really respected. And that feeling, there’s just zero like that,” she continued. “You feel horrible. It’s not a good demeanour for me, for (husband) John (Legend), for anybody.”

Teigen — who gave birth to a daughter, Luna, 16 months ago — told the repository that members of her family have battled ethanol abuse in the past, and combined that she “can’t have just one drink” herself.

“I used to consider it was kind of eccentric to have to go totally sober, but now we get it,” Teigen said. “I don’t wish to be that person. … we have to fix myself.”
