MEMPHIS, TENN. – Elvis Presley, 42, whose twitching hips and incessant snarl rocketed him to celebrity as the aristocrat of stone ’n’ hurl in the 1950s, died yesterday of a heart attack suffered at his pinkish magnificent home unaware the Mississippi River.
