Jay Z competence have a new manuscript coming, if these 4:44 ads are loyal

There’s small other information about a album, though a rapper has been teasing fans for weeks with 4:44 ads on song websites and around Manhattan, though wouldn’t exhibit what they meant.

Jay Z has several concerts and song festivals booked, including a Made In America fest in Philadelphia on Sept. 2 and 3 and a Meadows Festival during Citi Field on Sept. 15.
