Yes we’re all really vehement about Steven Spielberg’s Ready Player One, and approbation the new trailer is shining – but we can’t combine on all that when there’s another issue staring us right in the face.
That issue is Tye Sheridan’s freakishly prolonged leg.
Fans were confused at the new print for the movie, in which Sheridan’s impression Wade Watts has one beast leg, and one normal one.
Some questioned how it managed to hide past the selling execs:
How did this occur in the Ready Player One film poster? That looks weird, right? Did Steven Spielberg himself make it? And everybody around him was just like “looks good boss. His leg doesn’t demeanour weird all.” pic.twitter.com/Q7OKvbJ4WM

While we like the Ready Player One trailer, what the ruin is up with this poster? Specifically, his right leg.
How did that hide by the PR/Marketing team?#ReadyPlayerOne pic.twitter.com/eq28pcw98X

While others used the event to get in some pun-tastic one-liners:
*clears throat* Ready Player One is really trying to get a… LEG UP on the foe amirite? pic.twitter.com/CpUXAppY7S

So, Ready Player One poster. Leg has to be intentional. Right?

My housemate’s partner saw me giggling at the READY PLAYER ONE print and, having seen zero else about it, went “Is Player Two his leg?”

Based on the entrance novel of the same name by Ernie Cline, Ready Player One is set in a dystopian universe where almost everybody spends their life in a virtual reality systems famous as OASIS.
In the OASIS, players can revisit any universe imaginable.
Mark Rylance (Dunkirk, The BFG) as OASIS founder James Halliday, who left behind a outrageous cocktail enlightenment Easter egg hunt in the swap universe before he upheld away. Whoever finds the 3 dark keys will benefit control of the whole system.
Wade then teams up with another competitor Art3mis, played by Olivia Cooke (Me, Earl and The Dying Girl, Bates Motel), to find all the keys before a corporation, run by Ben Mendelsohn’s (Rogue One) immorality impression Nolan Sorrento, is means to take over.
But honestly, no one can caring about that at the moment since we’re all wondering if Tye’s prolonged loooong leg will be starring as a impression itself in the film.
Cue copiousness of using in circles.
