Why Chelsea Handler is leaving her Netflix show

Chelsea Handler says she’s signing off from her Netflix pronounce show, “Chelsea,” after two seasons. The comedian and horde says she felt changed by the past presidential election to concentration on domestic activism. Handler has been outspoken about her contempt for President Donald Trump and cried on her pronounce show after the election. She once told Trevor Noah, “He’s not a genuine person. He takes advantage of everybody around him.”

In a matter on Twitter, Handler wrote, “Like so many opposite the country, the past presidential election and the large events that have unfolded given have galvanized me. From the inhabitant turn down to the grassroots, it’s transparent the decisions at the list box next year will symbol a defining moment for the nation.”

Handler pronounced she plans to work with Emily’s List to elect some-more women to open office. She combined that she wants to transport around the country to “participate in a some-more suggestive way” and meet and pronounce with people she does not typically encounter. Handler also plans to pronounce with students at colleges around the U.S. 

The comedian pronounced that Netflix has been bargain about her decision and she will recover a documentary with the streaming service about her journey. 

“Chelsea” will continue to air weekly by the rest of 2017.
