Police were acid for Bennett, who was wanted for killing Brittany White, his 24-year-old partner and mom of his child.

Officers responded to a shots fired call at 1:44 p.m. on Thursday and found White passed inside a home on Carlyle Drive with an apparent gunshot wound, police said.

Bennett left with his tot daughter Journei Bennett, nonetheless an Amber Alert was expelled and the two-month-old was after found safe.

Police have not expelled any sum about how and where his daughter was found.
