A Staten Island advisor was arrested Friday for attack an epileptic child then covering the boy’s face to stop him from crying, police sources said.
Robert Busan, 64, allegedly put his hands over the 10-year-old boy’s mouth and nose inside of PS 861 in Graniteville around 2:15 p.m.
Busan, an employee at the NY Center of Interpersonal Development, tried to keep the child still after he slapped the boy’s hand, police sources said.
Cops charged him with endangering the gratification of a child. The child was not injured, sources said.
