Bass attention in Tennessee city helps tilt in $14 million

There’s something in a H2O of a tiny city in Tennessee that helped reanimate a struggling economy. People looked to a drum in their lake to build a tourism attention that helped move $14 million to a city of Dayton in only one year. Dana Jacobson reports.
