Heroic efforts to save Americans in Navy ship collision

The U.S. Navy has expelled the names of the 7 sailors who died when the USS Fitzgerald collided with a load ship off the seashore of Japan. There are at slightest 4 investigations into the incident, and no one can contend for certain how a vast load ship got close adequate to hit with a U.S. Navy vessel with state-of-the-art radar.
