Teacher arrested for purported passionate hit with minor, investigators say

YUCAIPA, Calif. — Officials with Yucaipa High School pronounced they became wakeful last Thursday of an inapt passionate attribute between one of their employees and a womanlike minor, CBS Los Angeles reports.

The hire writes that the school reported the allegations to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Yucaipa Station and to San Bernardino County Children and Family Services.

Detectives at the Yucaipa Station, in turn, contacted the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division — Crimes Against Children Detail (CACD) for assistance. Detectives launched an investigation, collected justification and conducted countless interviews.

Investigators dynamic Trevor Jack Trathen, 26, participated in illegal passionate control with the victim in Feb and Mar of 2014.

At the time, Trathen was a manager at the Yucaipa High School and met the victim while she was a tyro at the school. Trathen was a surrogate teacher at the Yucaipa High School at the time of his arrest. Officials pronounced he was private from the Yucaipa/Calimesa School District Substitute System.

Trathen was arrested on Sept. 2 around 12:02 a.m. internal time, CBS Los Angeles reports. He was booked at the Sheriff’s Central Detention Center for verbal climax with a teenager 14-years of age and invasion with a unfamiliar intent on a teenager 14 years of age.

He is being held in lieu of $200,000 bail. Detectives are releasing Trathen’s engagement photo in the eventuality there are additional victims or witnesses.
