STERLING, Va. — Police in Virginia charged a 22-year-old man with killing a teenage girl who was reported blank after she and her friends left a mosque early Sunday.
Fairfax County police charged Darwin Martinez Torres with murder after they found what they trust is the 17-year-old girl’s physique in a pool Sunday afternoon.
Police mouthpiece Tawny Wright pronounced the girl had been walking with friends when she got into a brawl with a man in a automobile early Sunday. The man assaulted her and she became distant from her friends. The girl’s name was not immediately released.
Police pronounced they arrested Torres after a search.
The teen had been participating in a sleepover at a eremite establishment that authorities did not identify. The All Dulles Area Muslim Society reliable in a news release, however, that the teens were dependent with the mosque.
“We are ravaged and sad as the village undergoes and processes this dire event,” the multitude pronounced in the news release. “It is a time for us to come together to urge and caring for the youth.” It pronounced the multitude was enlisting protected counselors to support anyone in need.
Police pronounced they looked into either the murder was a hatred crime but pronounced they found no justification it was.
