Chef Dale Talde is the unapproachable son of Filipino immigrants. After graduating from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, he began his veteran career in Chicago. He after changed to New York and shaped Three Kings Restaurant Group with his partners, opening their first restaurant, Talde, in Brooklyn. Talde joins “CBS This Morning: Saturday” to share his story.
