DAVENPORT, Fla. — A man accused of killing his aunt and stabbing his father 23 times at a home circuitously Davenport, Florida was found draining on the side of a highway Wednesday morning, reports CBS associate WKMG.
Police contend they were called just after midnight to the home of the disloyal wife of think Pedro Vega Jr., who had allegedly tried to force his way in before being shot by someone inside. Vega fled, but when police arrived they beheld a route of blood to a circuitously home.
There, they found Vega’s aunt, Rosa Iris Vega, stabbed to death, and his father Pedro Vega Sr. tied up and pang from scarcely two dozen gash wounds.
A 4-year-old girl who was staying with the aunt was found covered in blood, but she did not seem to be seriously injured, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. The suspect’s father, Vega Sr., was brought to a hospital where he stays in fast condition, reports CBS associate WTSP.
The think was found circuitously Highway 429 bleeding about eight hours later.
Authorities have not pronounced if a ground for the attacks is known.
Vega Jr. has been charged with a trial violation, reports the Orlando Sentinel, but charges connected to the stabbings are expected.
Vega Jr. has a extensive rapist history, including a 1986 detain for rape in New York, Judd said. Vega spent 13 years in jail for passionate battery in Florida, according to Judd.
