Desperate pleas for stalled reserve in Puerto Rico

Eight days after Hurricane Maria flattened much of Puerto Rico, simple resources like food, water, fuel and medicine are still tough to find. Supplies have arrived, but they’re not getting delivered to the scarcely 3.5 million American adults on the island. David Begnaud reports.
