A Turkish bullion merchant testifying in a politically charged case over Iran sanctions sodomized his cellmate with a cucumber and regularly raped him, a new lawsuit charges.
Reza Zarrab sexually assaulted Faouzi Jaber, who pleaded guilty in Jul to trafficking guns and drugs to FARC revolutionaries in Colombia, while the two were cellmates at the Metropolitan Correctional Center between Nov 2016 and Mar 10, 2017, according to Jaber’s suit.
“The parties lived together sealed for much of the time in a tiny dungeon which became a kind of woe chamber,” Jaber’s fit filed Thursday in Manhattan Supreme Court states.
Zarrab, 34, ingratiated himself with Jaber, 62, of the Ivory Coast, before commencement his assaults, the fit says.
Zarrab, a rich Turkish-Iranian playboy, pleaded guilty to income laundering and other charges in Oct and concluded to concur with sovereign prosecutors in a case that has rocked the top levels of Turkish politics.
Zarrab hired a private counsel for Jaber and in Sep 2016 put income in Jaber’s commissary account, the fit says. Zarrab also connected income to Jaber’s family in Africa, the fit says.
Zarrab, “through his energy at the jail,” organised to have Jaber changed into his cell, according to papers.
Once they were cellmates, Zarrab “started revelation Plaintiff that he likes having sex with both men and women,” Jaber’s fit reads.

In November, Zarrab anally raped Jaber, according to the suit.
“Because the two men were alone in their sealed dungeon (Jaber) felt infirm and incompetent to fight off the younger and stronger (Zarrab),” the fit says.
In January, Zarrab bragged he had bribed a Bureau of Prisons employee $4,000 so both men would be changed to a wing of the jail with cells that afforded some-more privacy, Jaber charges.
In March, Zarrab pounded Jaber with the cucumber, causing bleeding, the fit says.

Shortly after the attack Zarrab was changed out of Jaber’s dungeon and is now in an undisclosed plcae while he cooperates with the feds.
Zarrab’s testimony in the ongoing case will likely will win him tolerance against charges that could lift a jail term of up to 130 years.
U.S. authorities arrested Zarrab in Mar 2016 when he entered the United States with his wife, daughter and 4 other people for a outing to Disney World.
Zarrab was charged in a tract to help Iran equivocate U.S. mercantile sanctions and flood financial institutions with $1 billion of oil revenue. Zarrab is testifying against Turkish landowner Mehmet Hakan Atilla.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan pronounced Tuesday that the hearing is a swindling to “blemish” the country.
Zarrab’s lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, denied the charges.
