“Boyz n the Hood” executive John Singleton is in a coma after pang a cadence final week.
The 51-year-old director’s condition was suggested in a justice filing Thursday from his mother, Shelia Ward, who is requesting she be allocated his proxy conservator to make medical and financial decisions for him.
According to justice documents, Singleton suffered a “major stroke” 8 days ago. Singleton’s family had formerly announced that he had a cadence on Apr 17, though there had been no sum suggested about a earnest of his condition.

It’s not transparent either a proxy conservatorship has been granted.
Singleton was nominated for an Oscar for 1991’s “Boyz n a Hood.” His other films embody “Poetic Justice,” starring Janet Jackson, and his new projects embody a TV array “Snowfall.”
A repute for Singleton did not immediately respond to Fox News’ ask for comment.
